1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using PixelPro Studios services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Description
PixelPro Studios provides professional photography services including product photography, lifestyle shoots, editing, and retouching for e-commerce and business purposes. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or quotes.
3. Booking and Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
- Full payment is due before final delivery of images
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, cash
- Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the session
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
By Client: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled shoot receive a full refund minus a 20% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
By Studio: If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
PixelPro Studios retains copyright to all images. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use images for their specified commercial purposes. We reserve the right to use images in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery and Turnaround
- Standard delivery: 48-72 hours after shoot
- Rush delivery available for additional fee
- Images delivered via digital download or cloud storage
- Physical storage of raw files: 30 days after delivery
7. Revisions and Edits
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional edits beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate of ₱800/hour.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide products in good condition and ready for photography
- Communicate specific requirements clearly before the shoot
- Respect studio property and equipment
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
9. Limitation of Liability
PixelPro Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We take utmost care with client products but are not responsible for damage beyond our control.
10. Product Damage or Loss
While we handle all products with professional care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by product defects. Clients should insure valuable items.
11. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of unreleased products and proprietary information. Clients must inform us in writing if products are confidential and not to be shared publicly.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Zamboanga City, Philippines.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
